KUBOTA Daiginjo Namachozoushu

Daiginjo

Kubota's Daiginjo Nama-sake is made from low-temperature storage and then pasteurized to retain its refreshing taste. When you bring it close to your mouth, the elegant ginjo aroma reminiscent of melon spreads gently. The taste is smooth, with a gentle sweetness and sharp acidity that passes through the palate with a pleasant crispness.

Sake vessels

A bowl-shaped sake cup is recommended to bring out the sake's umami and sweetness. Earthenware and porcelain cups match well, too.
