"Bon - Wings of Japan" is a sake that is used at many important national occasions, such as welcome dinners for state guests.
It is also the official sake of the Japanese government's private aircraft, and is officially selected as the in-flight sake exclusively for VIPs in first class on JAL's international flights.
"Bon - Wings of Japan Excellent Deluxe" is a pure rice daiginjo sake that uses Yamadanishiki rice grown under contract in Hyogo Prefecture's Special A region, and is aged at 0℃ for a long period of more than two years.
The deeper aging gives it a softer mouthfeel and a sharper aftertaste.
