Authentic rice shochu Kurayoshi

ほんかくこめしょうちゅう くらよし / Honkaku komeshochu Kurayoshi

Rice shochu

Using the Junmai Daiginjo method, this sake is made with 50% polished Yamadanishiki rice, yellow koji, and carefully selected yeast, and is fermented at low temperatures for 30 days.
Matsui Sake Brewery uses its own patented vacuum still to successfully distill at a lower-than-normal temperature of 35 degrees.
This allows the original flavor and aroma of the rice to be expressed in every detail.
It has a distinctive fruity aroma and umami flavor, reminiscent of pineapple.
This is an exceptional product that is perfect for a refreshing drink, such as mixing it with carbonated water.
